Fried Jerusalhem artichokes
Sauerkraut with mushrooms
-Steamed potato

So after our parsnip chip, we went for fried Jerusalem artichokes. The idea suited us, and was a perfect match with the steamed potato, and sauerkraut. A nice meal for a tender evening.
