Chocolate and banana treats, rose hip jam

Vegetarian, Bento, Cuisine, Recipes, Zoé

Tea treat
Chocolate and banana treats
Rose hip jam on homemade brioche
-Freshly juiced orange
-Chicory beverage

Okay banana isn’t local, but from time to time I like to have some. Here I mixed it with some chocolate mousse to please my greedy sweet tooth of mine. As it wasn’t enough (I’m really greedy) I hopped to my cupboard and went to fetch a little treasure: our homemade rose hip jam. Did you ever do some? It starts with a walk on the hills to pick up the fruits, then it continues with two nights of cooking! But it’s worth it. Just taste it on a slice of brioche…

P.S.: Mum, here’s the chocolate mousse I was talking about the other day.

Banana juice (homemade)
Apple and chocolate tart

Just a little post which will testify of my greediness. This week-end I’ll be enjoying a simple apple and chocolate pie with a pinch of cinnamon to forget winter. Time to share?

It’s snowing here. And mamapasta was saying that it would not snow here. Good gosh, I love snow. I love to dress up to brave the wintry cold. But I seem to be the only one down here…And maybe I’m the only one who has her boiler out of order…for five days now…
So, to tease you (and myself) I’ll show you one of my sunday meals when I had no oven, and when sun was still shinning bright, clear and hot. And sundays are usually the days when I try to make a special meal. So what can we do without an oven? I thought nowt…finally it isn’t as bad as I thought!

Zoe’s in a hurry

Vegetarian, Bento, Cuisine, Recipes, Zoé

Bento
Spinach and mushroom
-Rice
-Cucumber
-Carrot notes
-Banana
-Yoghurt
Pea and mint purée in Duchesse

I really don’t have much time, it’s too bad. I will need to reorganise things so that I have a little more time for anything else which isn’t work. Well, here is a leftover bento with not much new in it. Except maybe that it is the first that I show this bento. I’m not really fond of it, to say true, it leeks, it’s not even airtight and I don’t really manage to play much with it. It looked pretty on the net, and once more I listened to the mermaids’ consumer song. I’m not really proud of myself.

Vegan chocolate rice pie

Vegetarian, Bento, Cuisine, Recipes, Zoé

Tea time treat
Vegan chocolate rice pie
Iced tea
-Orange juice
-Squashed banana with a pinch of cinnamon

Lately I’m a little overwhelmed, so I’m a little away from the net and this blog. I’m really sorry, will you forgive me? Though I was really busy, I did find time for a little winter vegan treat: chocolate rice pie. A real pleasure that rarely lasts long here, though Bear hasn’t really a sweet tooth, he can’t resist to eat one more serving.
